Configure Pricing & Token Rates

The Pricing page lets you adjust the platform's numeric pricing parameters โ€” token rates, tier prices, quotas, trial/grace settings, and more. This guide covers pricing configuration. ๐Ÿ’ก Tip โ€” Who can use this For platform admins, under Pricing. Quick reference | Step | Action | |------|--------| | 1 | Edit pricing parameters with a reason | Step 1 โ€” Configure pricing Go to Pricing. Numeric parameters are grouped: Token Rate, Tier Monthly Prices (Access/Partner/Executive), Trial & Grace (free trial days, grace period, balance expiry), Tier Quotas (deep-dive and chat quotas per tier), Top-up & Auto-recharge (minimums and defaults), and Data Retention. Enter new values and provide a Reason (at least 10 characters). Changes take effect immediately for new cost calculations and are audited. โš ๏ธ Warning โ€” Changes affect all billing Pricing changes affect every client's costs and quotas going forward. A token-rate or tier-price change is platform-wide. Test the impact mentally before applying, and always record a clear reason. ๐Ÿ’ก Tip โ€” Communicate significant price changes If you change tier prices or token rates meaningfully, let clients know in advance through a notification or partner outreach. Surprise billing changes erode trust.

View Revenue & Export

The Revenue page shows measured revenue from payment orders (including Paystack) โ€” a 12-month trend and per-month drilldowns with CSV export. This guide covers viewing and exporting revenue. ๐Ÿ’ก Tip โ€” Who can use this For platform admins, under Revenue. Quick reference | Step | Action | |------|--------| | 1 | View the trend, drill into a month, export CSV | Step 1 โ€” View and export revenue Go to Revenue. The default trend view shows a 12-month trailing summary with stat cards (subscription revenue, prepaid credits, paid orders, average monthly subscription revenue) and a table of months. Click a month (or use ?month=YYYY-MM) for the drilldown view โ€” that month's orders with a status filter (All/Paid/Failed), stat cards, and an Export CSV button. The export reflects the current filter. ๐Ÿ“ Note โ€” Subscription revenue excludes prepaid credits The subscription revenue figures count only subscription payments, not prepaid AI token top-ups (those are separate as "prepaid credits"). Firm-sponsored clients are excluded from direct revenue. ๐Ÿ’ก Tip โ€” Use the drilldown to reconcile If a month's revenue looks off, drill in and filter by status (e.g. Failed) to spot declined or stuck payments. The CSV export is useful for accounting reconciliation.

Configuring Partner Seats per Tier

Each client tier includes a set number of human advisor seats โ€” the partners who can be assigned to a client's advisory team. Trial, Pulse AI, and Access tiers include 1 seat; the Partner tier includes 3; the Executive tier includes 5. As a platform administrator, you can adjust these numbers at any time from the Pricing configuration page. ๐Ÿ’ก Tip โ€” Pulse AI never uses a seat Every client automatically gets the Pulse AI advisor on its team โ€” it doesn't count against the seat limit. An Access-tier client with Pulse AI still has its full 1 human seat available. Quick reference | Step | Action | |------|--------| | 1 | Open Pricing in the Admin Portal | | 2 | Edit the Partner Seats values | | 3 | Save with a reason | Step 1: Open Pricing In the Admin Portal, go to Pricing. The page lists every configurable pricing parameter, grouped by area. Find the Partner Seats group โ€” it shows one entry per tier (Trial, Pulse AI, Access, Partner, Executive). Step 2: Edit the Partner Seats values Enter the number of human partner seats each tier should include. The current value is pre-filled; leave a field unchanged to keep it. ๐Ÿ“ Note โ€” What the seats control The seat count appears wherever partners are assigned to a client โ€” the client detail page's advisory team section and the onboarding review โ€” as the maximum number of human partners that can be assigned. Step 3: Save with a reason Enter a change reason (at least 10 characters) and save. The new seat counts take effect immediately wherever clients' advisory teams are managed. โ— Important โ€” Changing seats doesn't reassign anyone Adjusting a tier's seat count changes the limit for future assignments; partners already assigned to a client are untouched. If you lower a limit below a client's current partner count, that client simply can't add more until it's back within the limit. ๐Ÿ“ Note โ€” Pulse AI stays automatic Regardless of the seat numbers you set, the Pulse AI advisor remains on every client's team automatically and is never visible in seat counts.
