On a firm's detail page, you manage its members and its four capacity limits. This guide covers both.

Step 1 — Manage members and capacity
On a firm's detail page:
Capacity Limits — four editable controls (Clients, Partners, Team, Frameworks), each showing current usage vs. the max with a color-coded bar. Changes are validated (non-negative integers) and audited.
Members — the firm's partners and team members. You can assign an existing unassigned partner, invite a new partner scoped to this firm, or remove a member.
📝 Note — Capacity changes are audited
Each capacity-limit change writes a firm.capacity_limits_updated audit row with the old and new values, so there's a clear trail.
💡 Tip — Raise limits before the firm hits them If a firm is approaching a capacity limit (amber/red indicator on the firms list), raise it proactively so they're not blocked mid-onboarding. Coordinate with the firm on what they actually need.
